1. General Terms

All products, photographs and services are created or provided by Manon Galama. By purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

My website is hosted by Squarespace. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, and photoshoots are managed through Pixieset. These third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

I reserve the right to update these terms by publishing a revised version on this website.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on this website and all products made by Manon are protected by copyright and belongs to Manon Galama unless otherwise stated. This includes all photographs, images, text, designs, graphics, guides, maps, Lightroom presets and other creative content.

You may not copy, share, download for redistribution, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell or commercially use any content from this website or my products without my prior written permission.

Purchasing a digital product or booking a photoshoot does not transfer copyright or ownership to you. Any permitted use is limited to the personal-use licence.

Unauthorised copying, sharing, reproduction or commercial use may result in legal action.

3. Ultimate Stockholm Map

The Ultimate Stockholm Map works with Google. You must provide a valid Google email address at the time of purchase. The Ultimate Stockholm Map will be associated with that Google account and the map will be saved in your Google Maps and Google Drive. I need to manually give you access to the Ultimate Stockholm Map. You agree that this process may take up to 24 hours. I am not responsible for entering an incorrect Gmail email address. I am not responsible for any bug/change/fault in the software of Google Maps or any fault in your device. This will not lead to a refund. The attached manual is a PDF, which will be send to you immediately after purchase. The buyer is responsible for having the latest software to open these PDF files. I guarantee to update the product for at least 1 year after your purchase. I reserve the right to stop updating the map after 1 year.

As the Ultimate Stockholm Map is a digital product, the product cannot be returned and refunds can't be made once the item has been purchased.

You may use the Ultimate Stockholm Map only for your private and personal use only. All content and intellectual property rights related to the Ultimate Stockholm Map remain the property of Manon Galama. You are purchasing access for a single user, linked to one Google account. You are not allowed to share, copy, sell, exploit or redistribute the product or any part of the product in any way. I reserve the right to terminate your use of the products if you violate any of the prohibited uses. I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in my sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, companies, or distributors. If conditions are violated, compensation may be claimed.

Certain URLs available through my Ultimate Stockholm Map may contain affiliate links and links to third parties. I have no liability or responsibility for any third-party websites or any other third-party products or services. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products/services should be directed to the third party.

4. Lightroom Presets

As the Lightroom PRESETS is a digital product, the product cannot be returned and refunds can't be made once the item has been purchased. The attached installation manual is a PDF file. The buyer is responsible for having the latest software to open these PDF files. You know that the final results depend on your photography skills, the environment the photo is taken, and the settings on your camera.

The presets work with software from Adobe; the Lightroom mobile app (free app), Lightroom cc and Lightroom classic (paid subscription). I am not responsible for any bug/change/fault in the software of Adobe or any fault in your device. You are aware that no subscription to Adobe Lightroom software is included in the price.

You may use the Lightroom PRESETS only for your private and personal use. You may not share, copy, sell, exploit, or redistribute the product or any part of the product in any way. This also means that you may not share it with friends or family. Manon Galama owns the copyrights of the presets. Sharing or reselling the presets is considered fraud. We will monitor this securely and will take immediate legal action if necessary. I reserve the right to prohibit orders that, in my sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

5. Photoshoots

Photoshoots are booked through Pixieset. All specific terms and conditions for your photoshoot are outlined in the photography contract, which you must read and sign during booking. This includes the applicable conditions regarding payment, cancellations, rescheduling, delivery, copyright and usage rights.

6. Website Information

I make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date. Product descriptions, prices and third-party information may change.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

3. Free Downloads and Email Updates

When you download a free resource, such as a guide or other free digital product, I collect your name and email address to provide the resource to you.

If you have consented to receive email updates, I may also send you occasional newsletters and product updates and information about my work.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in my emails. You can also contact me at info@manongalama.com to request removal from my mailing list.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect emails that are necessary to fulfil a purchase, manage a booking or meet legal obligations.

When you visit my website, certain information may be collected automatically through Squarespace and any analytics or other tools I use.

My website is hosted by Squarespace. Payments may be processed through Stripe or PayPal, and photography sessions are managed through Pixieset.

I may also use Flodesk as a third-party service to deliver digital products, store contact details and send emails.

6. Payments and Bookkeeping

I retain relevant invoices, receipts, transaction references, payment amounts and necessary billing information for bookkeeping, accounting and tax purposes as required by Swedish law.

I do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes in my own records. Sensitive payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider.

Under Swedish accounting rules, accounting records generally must be retained until the end of the seventh year after the calendar year in which the relevant financial year ended.

7. Sharing and Retention of Information

I do not sell your personal information.

I share personal information with service providers only where necessary to operate my business, deliver products and services, manage bookings, process payments, send requested communications or comply with legal obligations.

I retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law. For example, certain accounting records must be retained for the period specified under Swedish law.
